Who we are

This website, mimibland.london, is run by [legal name of Mimi’s business] (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email hello@mimibland.london.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Mentorship applications: your name, email, optional phone number, where you’re based, and your answers to the application questions.
  • Contact messages: your name, email, topic and message.
  • Bookings and purchases: handled by [Calendly, Gumroad and Amazon], who collect what they need to take your booking or payment under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to consider your mentorship application, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to provide the courses and sessions you buy. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the services that help us do these things (beehiiv for the newsletter, [form service], [booking and payment platforms]).

Our legal basis

We send the newsletter with your consent. We use application and contact details because you asked us to respond (our legitimate interest, or steps before a contract). You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

[For example: newsletter details until you unsubscribe; applications and messages for up to [12] months; purchase records as long as the law requires.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hello@mimibland.london. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site doesn’t set its own tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the services linked from this site (such as Calendly, Gumroad, Amazon and the App Store) may set their own cookies when you visit them. [Update this if you add analytics.]

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
